Borough Blend

Borough yards is on the doorstep of the world famous borough market in London, offering a new hub for tourists and locals for business and food outlets. 

Incorporating the heritage of the existing railways arches that date back to the Victorian period, Traditional Brick & Stone in partnership with SPPARC & NR Taylor developed a bespoke new blend (The Borough Blend) for this project.

We are pleased to announce that the Borough Yard project was shortlisted in the Worldwide Category in the Brick Development Association awards!

Tamisa

 Cable Wharf - Located in Northfleet on grounds of the old cable factories, and the renowned Rosherville pleasure gardens, is a new development of nearly 600 new homes and 170 appartments showcasing our buff Tamisa brick from our Wirecut brick range.

Overlooking the historic river Thames, less than half an hour from central London, the Cable wharf development includes new facilities including transport links and a new primary school breathing life into the local area.

The TBS Tamisa is from our core range of wirecut bricks with its smooth cream colouring making it fit in with the London yellow of the surrounding area.

Birkdale Blend

Stane leisure park in Stanway was finished in 2018 and developed to combine with the soon to be completed Tollgate retail park close to the historic market town of Colchester.

Offering 5 brand new restaurants and a new pubic house with a park facility for the younger guests, The leisure park provides employment to over 260 people in the local area.

In partnership with Kent Blaxill and Rose Builders, the warm dark tones of our Birkdale Blend bricks were specified to provide diners with the ultimate relaxing dining experience.  The Birkdale Blend is from our handmade textured stock core range.
